WHAT IS TITAN? USAGE AND PRODUCTION OF TITAN

3. Applications to life:

With above outstanding characteristic features, titan is widely used in various aspects of life.

  • Pharmaceutucal industry: is the material to produce reactors, equipment exposed to inorganic, organic acids and salts, etc.
  • Medical industry: surgical instrument, implantable device, medical machinery, etc.
  • Dental industry: implant material, dental bridge, denture o-ring, orthodontic bracket, etc.
  • Jewelry: watch chain, earings, necklace, etc.
  • Aerospace: machinery, etc.
  • Moreover, titan can be widely used in: petroleum, petrochemical industry, architecture, construction, electronics, etc.

4. Method of processing:

Depend on each product design, be able to choose the method of processing as CNC milling, Laser milling, etc.

5. Laser milling to Titan:

Due to its high heat resistance and low thermal conductivity. During the production, the heat generated during machining is hard to escape from the workpiece. This shows that the parameters of a laser cutting are not adjusted properly causing burning cutting lines, sharps and broken laser cutting heads, etc.

ISHO VIETNAM, with more 50-year experience in sheet metal fabrication. Especially processing in various projects with titan materials, We believe that We can bring to our customers with nice cutting line products.

Not only strength in laser cutting, but also in bending/press brake with nice surface. Limited to traces after bending/press brake.

Below are some titan products at ISHO VIETNAM:
