Isho Vietnam Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of users’ personal information in the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”).

The Company complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, related guidelines, and all other applicable laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal information when handling the personal information it acquires.

The Company implements appropriate organizational, physical, human, and technical measures to protect personal information and takes necessary and proper steps to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of the personal information it handles, as well as to ensure overall safe management of such information.
3. Compliance Matters Regarding the Acquisition and Use of Personal Information

The Company adheres to the following items concerning the acquisition, use, and provision of personal information.

    The Company may acquire personal information related to users or advertisers from general users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) of the information-providing website it operates (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”), to the extent necessary for operating the Site. The Company may also collect users’ browsing history and attribute information when users utilize its services or view pages.

    The Company will not use acquired personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use specified below, unless required by law or with the user’s consent.

When outsourcing all or part of personal information handling to a third party, the Company will thoroughly review the eligibility of the contractor and conduct necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure the safe management of the personal information handled by the contractor.

The Company conducts inspections related to the handling and management system of personal information and continues to improve and review its practices.
7. Disposal of Personal Information
When personal information is no longer necessary in light of the purposes of use, the Company will erase or dispose of such information by necessary and appropriate methods to prevent risks such as external leakage, and only to the extent required for business operations.
