Dosing tank is one of the main features of a production line system.

In which the materials can be contained, measured and mixed following a special type of ratio.

1. Dosing Tank struture.

Tank made of stainless steel SUS304-2B.

① The top welded with flange sets to connect with other details.

② The bottom welded with another flange and a type of tube used for material supply.

③ The frame welded with the main body helps to be kept fixed following the design.

2. Processing methods at ISHO Vietnam.

Including methods:

• To sheet metal: Laser cutting --> Bending/Press brake (If requested for) --> Welding --> Cleaning heat tints.
• To precision machining: CNC milling --> Cooling.

Then welding joint parts, dimensions and tolerances kept to meet requirements.
